Television (TV) is the most widely used telecommunication medium for transmitting and receiving moving images that are either monochromatic ("black and white") or color, usually accompanied by sound. "Television" may also refer specifically to a television set, television programming or television transmission. Although other forms such as closed-circuit television (CCTV) are in use, the most common usage of the medium is for broadcast television, which was modeled on the existing radio broadcasting systems developed in the 1920s, and uses high-powered radio-frequency transmitters to broadcast the television signal to individual TV receivers.

Broadcast TV is typically disseminated via radio transmissions on designated channels in the 54–890 MHz frequency band. Signals are now often transmitted with stereo and/or surround sound in many countries. Until the 2000s broadcast TV programs were generally transmitted as an analogue television signal, but in recent years public and commercial broadcasters have been progressively introducing digital television broadcasting technology.

A standard television set comprises multiple internal electronic circuits, including those for receiving and decoding broadcast signals. A visual display device which lacks a tuner is properly called a monitor, rather than a television. A television system may use different technical standards such as digital television (DTV) and high-definition television (HDTV). Television systems are also used for surveillance, industrial process control, and guiding of weapons, in places where direct observation is difficult or dangerous.

Amateur television (ham TV or ATV) is also used for experimentation, pleasure and public service events by amateur radio operators. Ham TV stations were on the air in many cities before commercial TV stations came on the air.

The official birth of High Definition television, or HD TV, occurred October 28 1998. High Definition trials began in 1936 before color TV existed. The resolution of Baird 240 line and (electronic) Marconi-EMI 405 line (377i) systems discontinued in 1939; in 1949, France introduced an even higher resolution standard at 819 lines (768i). The first public HDTV broadcast in the United States occurred on July 23, 1996 when the Raleigh, North Carolina television station WRAL-HD began broadcasting from the existing tower of WRAL-TV south-east of Raleigh, winning a race to be first with the HD Model Station in Washington, D.C., which began broadcasting July 31, 1996.

Starting in 1998 the conversion from analog to digital for the new HD TV is making its sinister interface into the homes of humanity, but most importantly, the American Home. With the advent of HD TV the passive lazy style of television watching is rising to a new level of deceptive mind control. The evidence is overwhelming that television is trapping the minds into a passive level of emotional congestion that prevents effective problem solving.

From the early 1990′s the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) is a fully operational technology that was used in the first Gulf War against Iraq. Have you ever asked the question why would veteran battle-hardened troops surrender without firing a shoot? Al Bielek in a 1992 video he made with Vladimir Terziski described the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum. On Feb. 17, 2009 Congress passed the HD conversion and subsidized about 90% of the associated cost? By calculating 200 million “regular” televisions in America to be converted into HD, the $40 in government subsidy per TV equals 200,000,000 = $8 billion.

Who funded this “free service”?

How was the name HuLu formed?

On December 3, 2002, US Patent #6,488,617 was issued to a man named Hendrickus (knicknamed Hu for short) Loos (pronounced Loo -the s is silent.) Could this be the reason for calling this “HuLu”?

Loos’ patent abstract describes using computer monitors and HD TV Screens as broadcast medium for digital, pulsed “electromagnetic fields capable of exciting SENSORY RESONANCES IN NEARBY HUMAN SUBJECTS” —- while the “displayed images are pulsed with SUBLIMINAL INTENSITY” to bring about a specific emotional and even PHYSICAL response in humans viewing the medium.

These “electromagnetic fields” are capable of MIND CONTROL PROGRAMMING of specific individuals. It is even possible to cause PHYSICAL ILLNESSES by this method — including flu symptoms, heart attacks, or strokes.

A specific digital frequency can be customed designed to be sent to the end user of HuLu to produce a specified physical event. All that is needed for the computer to design this frequency is a sample of the victim’s DNA.
Questions to discuss:

• Can latent designer-flu and other killer viruses be activated by means of HuLu in civilian populations?
• Can HuLu interface with Langley’s master PROMIS A.I. (artificial intelligence) computer to work harmoniously with drone spy-bots and robots via computer screens on selected individuals?

RF or Radio Frequency is a term that is often used to describe the number of times per second or oscillation of an electromagnet radiation. Anything between 3Hz and 300GHz is still refered to as RF waves, but they are subdivided depending on the actual frequency. Microwave is the general term used to describe RF waves that starts from UHF (Ultra High Frequency) to EHF (Extremely High Frequency) which covers all frequencies between 300Mhz to 300GHz, lower frequencies are refered to as radio waves while higher frequencies are called millimeter waves.

People have found a lot of uses for radio frequency waves, most of which are in the field of communications. Radio waves are generally used for AM/FM radio stations due to the relative ease of using these types of waves. Microwaves which occupy the upper spectrum of RF waves have an even wider range of applications. Starting from the common microwave oven that uses microwaves to heat and cook our food, to military weapons that can heat the skin of enemy forces. But the most common use of microwaves are still in communications.

The most common devices that we often use without even knowing that they are using microwaves are the WiFi routers and cards that we use to connect to our networks wirelessly. They utilize 2.4 or 5GHz RF waves to transmit data to and from our devices. Aside from that, microwave links are also used by internet service providers to transmit data from one point to another. Despite the introduction and adoption of fiber optic cables for this purpose. Microwave transmitters and receivers are still in use today in some areas. Microwaves are also being studied by some scientists today due to its capability to transmit power over the air. It is now being considered as a viable transmission method for harvesting solar power from space.

Rik Clay aged 25, attended and completed both compulsory education (the national mind-control curriculum) and university, whilst working on a musical endeavour in which he released 2 albums nationwide, shot music videos and toured the UK & Europe religiously. His band 'FULC' received rave reviews and praise in the likes of Kerrang, Metal Hammer and Rock Sound magazine. The band occupied a good 6 years of his life in which he was lead guitarist and backing vocalist.

Due to his musical passion, he developed skills in graphic design / web design / flash and all other things multimedia, as an aid for promotion.

Shortly after FULC's demise in 2005, he began his own solo electronica project called 'Somewhere Not Here' and teamed up with the guys in 'Ten Seconds Of Chaos' from Leeds. Both were short-lived due to his surge for some true personal development.

He realised a 'real job' was needed to fund my aspirations. Seven years, working in local independent record stores had to come to an end, and so he moved on to what he thought was the dream job - but oh, how he was wrong.

Ethical travel company! Who thought of that one? An ethical travel company who's owner becomes a millionaire and buys a mansion in Greece, and then sells out to First Choice Holidays... poor poor gullible students. Never take an organised 'Gap Year' - do it yourselves!

And so his perceptions started to shift to cut a long story short...

He traveled to Egypt and took a boat up the Nile from Aswan to Luxor before moving on to Cairo to see the pyramids at Giza, Saqqara and Dashur. Meditating in the 'Kings Chamber' is one of those experiences you'll never forget.

On his return, he was introduced to Julia, a lady who was to become his Reiki Master. Over a series of weeks, Julia trained him to Reiki Level II - a life changing gift.

The summer of 2007, showed him the true meaning of synchronicity. Experiences, too long and complicated to explain, involved the crop circles in Wiltshire, Glastonbury, Daniel Pinchbeck (author of 2012: The Year Of The Mayan Prophecy), David Shayler (self-declared reincarnation of the Yeshua spirit), Stonehenge, Avebury and the islands of Malta and Gozo.

Along came winter, leaving him no option but to start his studies... oh and squeeze a trip to the Yucatan

Where he stands? There is a problem with the state of our environment. There is a problem with society. There is a problem with our governments. There is a problem with this corrupt pyramid of power enslaving our planet. But... there is hope!

It is his belief that, come the Olympics 2012, we are going to see one of the largest hoaxes ever perpetrated on man. This may involve extraterrestrial visitation alongside that of a biblical 'second coming'. All he can warn, is that when the time comes, do not be duped! Buy any of it!

His father said that he suddenly came down with adrenal problems? and "it's total shutdown and he doesn't have the capacity to even contemplate going on the web.."

Yet Rik's blog came down on the 13th June 2008. So if Rik suddenly became so ill that day, after posting that he was going to reveal stuff, so ill that he didn't have the capacity to contemplate going on the web - then who took down his blog?

Rik Clay found dead in his bed, few days after his interview with Red Ice Creations on August of 2008.
