It's an exercise ball.

Oh what fun, and it

also came with an exercise DVD.

Just look at Izzy. She is my grand daughter

and she graciously agreed to help me

try it out. Besides she looks a lot cuter

on it than I do. However, I have to admit

I am going to love it.

Just look at this. This is the Progresso
Reduced Sodium Chicken Gumbo,
and Ladies I have got to tell

you, it was fabulous to the last drop.
With the cold weather upon every one,

you have definitely got to try this one.

Just look at the wonderful chunks of chicken,

and the rice and celery. Oh my goodness,

just the right seasoning.

And ladies it isn't to late to ask Santa for
one of this exercise balls for yourself either.
I mean, who knows he may just have
one in his pack of goodies, just for you.

Oh, and in case you're wondering?

No I didn't air it up with their pump.
I used DH's air compressor, and it came
with a tape measure that you fit
around the ball, so you know when it is time

to stop adding air. It was easy peasy.
Love, love, love it.

And Sue, this ball couldn't have come at

a better time. I don't think I
could have done another

one of these push ups.
