TO PINK SATURDAY
Hosted by
Ms Beverly @ How Sweet The Sound.
Ms Beverly likes for us to share
pink with each other. Today I just
have to ask each of you out there,
"Did You Know that Real Men Wear Pink?"
Yes Pinkies they absolutely, positively do.
Come on along and let me share with you.
Now I have to ask you who could argue with
Captain Jean-Luc Picard?? Yes indeed he
loves pink and wears it, quite well I might add.
Moving on at warp speed.
Business tycoons are wearing it. Look at these fabulous
socks, and who would have thought converse high tops?
Do you think they would bet on the popularity of pink?
And of course who could forget Klinger from M*A*S*H?
Who would have thought that some day PINK would
be in for guys to wear? Certainly not Klinger, he was
always wearing it to get out. He was always good for
a laugh in this series. I loved M*A*S*H.
Window washers wear pink. They sure do. I wonder it is
if they really like it, or so their boss can keep an eye on
them. He could see them a mile away. Yes, even daily
hard working men wear pink. But guys the green hats
have GOT to GO. They so DO NOT match.
"There ain't nothing like a hound dog, crying
all the time." Yep even Elvis loved PINK
and we all know he was a real man. Is
there anyone out there that didn't want
at least one of his albums?
Know tell me who could argue with the
King of Rock and Roll?
Oh Yes, Ashton Kutcher wears PINK, and even drives PINK.
Did you know that he was a former fashion model?
He seems to be asking, "Do you even need to ask me,
of course real men wear pink. Geesh!!"
Real Men Wear Pink Even at The Emmy's. Look they
sure DO. And I say he is wearing it quite proudly too.
Even cyclers are wearing pink this year. This man
truly says, "real men wear pink". Cycle on.
And of course I just dare anyone to
argue with this wrestler. He is definitely
real and he is wearing pink. I have a
feeling if you argue with him, he might
just do an (arm wringer) on you. Yikes!!
Go Regis... Yes Real Men Wear Pink.
And even on the golf course, Real Men are Wearing Pink.
Now I wouldn't ever argue with a guy holding a 9 iron.
Guys, you are just to cute, and we love it.
And would you look at this? Yes even some brides
have convinced their grooms, Real Men Wear Pink.
I would have loved to be a guest at this wedding.
I know they were in the pink.
This Pink Post today is in celebration of
Breast Cancer Awareness.
In October your city or state will be having
many celebrations for this event. Please get involved,
find out what you can do to help support breast cancer
awareness. Have you had your mammogram yet
this year? Don't forget the importance of it.
Breast cancer has no boundaries,
any one of us can/could be a victim.
Let's stamp it out together.
"Please find a cure, before I grow Boobies."
As always thank you for stopping by my
little piece of heaven, here in the desert,
that I so love to call home.
Country hugs and much love,
