A Prayer Request From Debbie

Okay Sister Bloggers - It is time to be over being angry. God has given us our time to weep. Now it is time to pray. For the state of Oklahoma to cover Amy's tube feedings, she needs to have a PEG Tube. This peg tube has to be put in, via surgery and it goes into her stomach allowing her to be fed, as with the tumor she is not able to eat and swallow food well at this time. Now if she does not get this Peg tube then there will be no hyperal feeding for her. She needs to be fed. This is the humane thing to do. So we pray as we have never prayed before for a Peg tube. Ask God specifically, as I want no misunderstandings.

"Ask - and ye shall receive." (If this is not done while she is in the hospital there in Oklahoma City there is a chance that this tube will not happen, so I do not need to tell you how important this is for Amy.)

On another note, Amy is out of recovery and has been moved to a room. Debbie has gone in, sat down and talked with Amy. Amy was not surprised. She rather expected this to be the outcome. She is okay with this. She just did not want to disappoint any of us by not trying for the surgery. She is the bravest Angel that I know. God bless her heart. She has more than earned her Angel Wings - she is a ~pilot~ for sure.

Thank each of you for your prayers, constant vigils and fastings that you have each shared with us. We are so overwhelmed by each of them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Our family always remembers those in need of prayer, and we would also like to ask you to pray for Tracie @ Beneath My Heart, here is her link:

Her Mom needs prayers. She has been diagnosed with stomach cancer that has spread to her liver. She has a biopsy on Thursday and then they will know more. She had been having trouble with her heart the past few months, so this diagnosis was completely unexpected. Please begin praying for this family.

Please remember Queenmother Mamaw's Daughter, Racheal. She has finally gotten to go home, but not without drainage tubes and a feeding tube, and she still needs many, many prayers for her road to recovery. Queenmothermamaw updates regularly so watch her blog for those updates on Rachel.

As always my dear Sister Blogger(s) thank you for stopping by my little piece of heaven, here in the desert, I so love to call home. I will be posting again when I hear from Debbie. Country Hugs, Sherry
