PKFZ - 'A minister' or 'ministers' to be questioned?

Someone go get the tape recorder from the press conference with IGP Musa Hassan yesterday/Wednesday!

First Bernama reported that "a minister" would be questioned by police over the scandal linked to the secret government documents leaked to Malaysia Today over the Port Klang Free Zone.
Story was picked up by Malaysiakini and TheMalaysianInsider.

But the version on online The Star said several individuals including "ministers" (plural) would be hauled up by police.

Later, the police denied that the IGP mentioned "a minister" or even "ministers".
He only said "several individuals".
The revised Bernama story is here.
The "updated" Insider story is here.
IGP denies saying "a minister" or "ministers" here.

Either reporters cocked-up big time, or the IGP did and had to do damage control.

But does this mean that NO minister would now be questioned?
Because if it was indeed Cabinet papers that were leaked, then errr.... shouldn't ministerS be questioned on how they handled such papers?
Like how many of their aides would come into contact with such papers, who are they, and was this the normal procedures.
The 18-page Cabinet paper in Malaysia Today has the word "RAHSIA" on every page.

Then again, maybe Abang Polis does not want to play politics with anyone. It would indeed question ministers but why should it let the media or anyone knows. Because in the media's eyes these days, being questioned is as good as being guilty.
So might as well work behind the scenes, rather than create a scene.
I sincerely believe this is the rationale behind the story.
